To delete your account, open the app and go to the Profile tab. Choose “Account” from the menu and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select “Delete Account.” Please share why you’re leaving, then tap the “Delete” button.

Upon confirming, your account will be immediately deactivated and permanently deleted within 30 days. Associated personal data will be erased from our systems within 90 days.

If you have a Supporter subscription, remember to cancel it when you delete your account. Deleting your account or the HOLY app from your phone will not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed exclusively through the Appcription through the App Store, Store. You must cancel the subs or you will be charged at the next billing period.

If you just want to take a break from the HOLY app, you can pause your account instead of deleting it. When you’re ready to return, you can instantly reactivate your account, saving you time.
